Gail Gray, a transplant from Lowell, Mass, now lives in Greenville, SC, USA. She is the author of two collections of shorts stories, Dark Voices and Memories and Monsters. She served as a news photojournalist and arts editor before transferring her energies into Shadow Archer Press where she edits Fissure, a magazine of experimental art and writing; and publishes chapbooks of authors worldwide.

Her short stories have been published or are upcoming in Morpheus Tales, Sinister Tales, Exquisite Corpse, moonShine Review, The Foliate Oak, Pear Noir!, Dark Gothic Resurrected, and Cover of Darkness 2009 anthology. Her magical realism novel, Shaman Circus, is slated for publication with All Things That Matter Press and she is completing the sequel, Shaman in Exile.
